Originally from Oahu, Hawaii, Kelsey has found a home here in Texas over the past nine years. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Kelsey combines evidence-based practices with a personalized approach to rehabilitation, ensuring each patient receives care tailored to their unique needs.
Kelsey strongly believes in the power of movement. Her goal with each patient is to encourage them to reach their greatest potential and allow them to return to the activities they love most. Kelsey believes in a holistic approach to recovery, integrating education, hands-on techniques, and progressive exercises to achieve lasting results.
In addition to a strong clinical background, Kelsey has experience working with athletes and post-operative patients. She is certified in Dry Needling and Emergency Medical Response. Passionate about continuing education, Kelsey regularly participates in courses and article research to stay up to date with new treatment techniques and advancements in the field of physical therapy.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys traveling, cooking, going to local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband John, family, and friends. She is also dedicated to maintaining an active, healthy lifestyle.
